Working with Us!

We want you to know how your referrals will be handled. Here’s a breakdown of our process:

  1. You provide information about the Estate
  2. We allocate the matter to one of our Probate Experts
  3. The Probate Expert liaises directly with the Executor to collect the relevant paperwork
  4. The Executor is onboarded, and the Estate Administration process commences
  5. The Probate Expert will contact all relevant organisations to obtain probate valuations
  6. Once obtained, the Probate Expert will apply for Probate
  7. The Probate Registry will issue the Grant of Probate
  8. The Probate Expert will contact you to remind you to contact the Executor and Beneficiaries about your financial and investment services
  9. The Probate Expert will collect the assets and pay the liabilities
  10. The Probate Expert will settle our fees and pay your marketing / referral fee
  11. The Probate Expert will advise on any statutory safeguards – Trustee Act Notices / potential claims etc.
  12. The Probate Expert will contact you to remind you to contact the Beneficiaries about your financial and investment services
  13. The Probate Expert will distribute the Estate to the Beneficiaries
